Work item not created in second approver; cannot forward either

Hi All,

Kindly help me please. How can I forward a work item to the second approver's inbox? After the work item is approved by the first approver, no work item is created in the second approver's inbox. In SWIA, we cannot forward the item anymore because it already has a status of COMPLETED but in BBP_PD, the work item status is

Task WS10400009

Text Tow-Step Approv...

Status STARTED

Statustext In Process

Date 10/05/2010

    Hi,

    Please check the workflow log for workitem 000002954599 in SWI1 transaction.

    You see the 2nd approver or some error information.
