How to permanently delete a user from OUSR or how to rename it

Dear Experts,

My customer had created a new user under the name u201CFilipu201D. Then she realized that she needed user name u201Cfilipu201D. So she deleted this user by right click u2013 delete. Since that the user u201CFilipu201D is not available anymore but system does not allow to create a new user u201CFilipu201D, because the record already exists in OUSR.

Can you help me how to delete the user u201CFilipu201D or how to reactivate him under the name u201Cfilipu201D please?

Hi Jeroslav........

First of all once you done entries with a particular User then system itself does not allow to delete such user. I guess it has been deleted by some unwanted way like deleted from Back end. Either you should restore the recent DB where this user is present or as Gordon suggested you should ask SAP support.......

Dear Jaroslav,

Actually she can rename the user when Filip has not been deleted. However, after deleting, nothing you can do except asking SAP support to run script on your database.
