RSUVM080 - SAP NOTE 2339166 – Validation of user classification

Hello, I need to run the SAP RSUVM080 report (Note 2339166 - Validation of user classification).
It asks me as input parameters an excel file in the field "Validierungsregeln" (Validation rules).
I understand that in order to qualify users Professional, Limited Professional and Employee, I must run the report with 3 different Excel files.
Does anyone have the execution files? Or do you know a link where I can get them?
