Work center scheduling delay in Order

Dear All,

I have created a work center, when i assign it to maintenance order and give some duration suppose 1 HR system schedule the order for 1:07 HR, for every one hour system shows a delay of 7 minutes means 4 HR, its 28 MIN. Please advice why?

Also i have another work center which is not creating this problem. I match all the fields of both work centers they are same. When i create the copy of the last mentioned work center it works fine. Please advice what could i be missing.

    Please check the Length of Braks In Work Center and Capacity Utilisation.

      Remove the tick Exact breaks in the order header Dates area. This will exclude the breaks while scheduling.

      Also, check in the transaction OPU7, remove the tick from the option scheduling with breaks, so that this will be unchecked in the new orders.
