We need to enhance Service ticket in WEB UI to re-assign the Ticket to responsible group using HR services center tree.
When searching for a responsible group, user should be able to choose the group/Resp Emp from the org tree to re-assign the ticket.
I hope this functionality was available in previous version 5.0. I need to find out that is CRM 7.0 also have the same kind of HR services center tree to assign the Ticket? Please help me. Suggestions are most grateful.
