I need tcode for high value vendor list..pls help me .

What do you mean by "High value vendor " ?

MC$4 if you just need a summary list which includes PO value, GR value and Invoice value.

I also use ME81N or ME80FN (with a sum on amount and subtotal by vendor) - this only shows the total value of the PO/SA and not what has been GR or IR. These will give you details that you can also put to Excel.

Also you can check the reports ME1P, ME1L.

Try tcode MKVZ for listing out the available vendors in SAP.
