Hi,

For systems integration with solution manager, the idea is to define these systems in solution manager system landscape setup; and using the "solution" concept to work with them later on; of course this depends on your requirement of usage, it can be on support packs (maintenance optimiser) or incident management or even change request management and many other more functionalities available in solman.

For a start I would highly recommend you to visit our sapnet service.sap.com/rkt-solman -> SAP Solution Manager 7.0 -> Technology Consultants & System Administrators -> System and Solution Maintenance

Please also kindly have a look at other topics, this would clearly help you for a good start up.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Hello,

This document talks about creating the system landscaspe in solution manager.

https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=00200797470000088214&_SCENARIO=011000358700000001...

And you may find it helpful in integrating your CRM 4.0 system into the solution landscape.
