C4C Extension Field Problem

Dear experts,

I have the following problem:

in Product I created a new text Field "EAN".

I also set a Scenario up, so that i can see this field in my Leads:

My Problem now is, that when I show this field in Leads, I don't see the value I put there as you can see in the next screenshot:

Can you please tell me, why the value is not shown there? As you see for the Product it works fine, but in the Lead - item it is just an empty field...

I appreciate any help 🙂

The Problem was, that I've used only one Lead. After I created a new Lead, the field was filled

Hi Paul

I tried your scenario in my test tenant and it is working fine. (Check the screen shot)

Log off your tenant and try again. The custom fields value has to flow into the lead.
