Price in Shopping Cart

We are implementing classic scenario in SRM 7.0. In our implementation we are not creating PRs from shopping but only POs will be created in ECC.

Even though Info Recrods are available and is shown in source tab on shopping cart, the price in the info record is not defaulted in the shopping cart. Any suggestions on how to bring Info records price into the shopping cart?

there is a consulting note 419528 and 411992

to transfer inforecord/ contract price in the shopping cart price.

as per standard SC shows material price only .while creating a PO , the price will pick up from source of supply like contract price or infor record price.

Even I can't see material price. So if the price is left blank I am not able to create PO in the backend. To get rid of this issue, I have to give some price in the shopping cart and the PO gets created for info record price.

1. It is nice to have info record price shown in the shopping cart, when a single source (info record) is identified.

2. If No. 1 can't be acheived easily what should I do to get the material price in the price field on the shopping cart.

there is one EBP_GET_BACKEND_PRICES execute .this will bring material price .. as i said earlier you can transfer info rec price ..as per note ..

escalate to SAP. that given report has to bring price from ECC to SRM ..this report bring some price as per you selected MAP..

Once I run EBP GET BACKEND PRICES, I can see the material price in COMMPR01 but not in the shopping cart.

you must see it in the sc as well .. or any BADI might prevents you. you need to check. so every time requester is entering price.

I can Material price in shopping cart. The info record is assigned automotically to the source list. Currently the system is behaving the way it is supposed to. It creates PO in the backend as per the info record irrespective of shopping cart price - perfect.

I am exploring the SAP notes 419528 and 411992, to get the info record price in the shopping cart price.

Two issues: If I get the info record price and change the price in the shopping cart, is it possible to create backend PO based on shopping cart price? Example: Shopping Cart price defaulted from info record - $100, changed to $110. The PO should be created for $110.

Second issue: An old shopping cart exists for material 'A'. I am creating a new shopping cart by copying the old shopping cart. I change the material to 'B', but shopping cart price won't change even after check still shows price of material 'A'. Any solution?

it makes the Price field editable .........

Sanjeev query is different.

for ex

material A - 12.00 USD

NOW HE COPIES MATERIAL a item

the price now is Material A - 12.00 USD and now he change the material A to Material B . indeed material prices is really 234 USD.

But system shows as Material B as 12.00 USD instead of 123.00 USD.
