Fixed Domain values are stored in Table DD07L, field : DOMVALUE_L and DOMVALUE_H which can hold maximum of 10 characters.

this cant be increased, and who needs a char18 domain with fixed values?

that be round about 1e+55 possibilities of fixed values.

Better make a domain of char 1 with fixed values. and make a texttable if you need a telling description for your options.

yes fixed value size is 10 .. but you have text associated to it where in you can fill the content..

and pick the content based on fixed value ..this is possible for values limited to certain length to be noted.

    Hi neha gupta ,

I have not worked a lot on this but I think you can rather achieve the same using foreign key assignment(Using Check table) Or using Value Table at the domain level. Just check that.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Rock.
