Dear Experts

Your advise on below shall be of great help

How do i migrate the stock to Storage bins from Storage location. The details are as follows

We are implementing SAP WM, other modules like MM,FICO, PS has already been implemented. Now the stock is lying at storage location level, also we have more than 50 bins to where the stock from storage location needs to be posted to ( since stock is already existing). There are several materials which shall be posted in Warehouse and Bins.

Pl. advise me how to go about migrating the data to WM and Stg Bins

Hi

I assume that the stock is in WM in a interim st type 9XX (normally 998)

The best way is to create an LSMW to move the stock from the Interim St Type to the St bins

Create a LSMW as a recording of transaction LT01 and then you can enter the details in to a spreadsheet and text file and then load

If you do not know how to do this then a developer may be able to help

The other (longer) way is to do transaction LT01 manually using movement type 999
