SAP Fiori Element List Report: Object Page --> Object Page2

Hi,

I have a list of Users (List Report). When I click on a user I'm taken into the Object Page (User Details). In the Object Page there is a LineItem control to display all the groups of the user. When I click on + (on top of the list) I want to transition to an Object Page 2 with a dropdown of groups to choose from and assign to the user.

I am using local annotations and SAP HANA DB 1.11.

How can I achieve this?
