Dear all
We would like to set up a flexible lease process in SAP SD to include the following activities :
- send leased item to our customer (leased item remains our property)
- customer returns leased item to external repair station
- repairs (inspection, task and cost) shall be tracked in our system
- leased item is sent back to our warehouse from the repair station
- billing is generated and send to customer
What shall be the best way to design such a solution ? Are you aware of any standard process in SAP ERP that would map to this scenario ?
