Customer statement print program error

Hello,

I created new program ZZFKORD11 for new print program of customer statement . When I run F.27 to print I have an error like :

In comp.code BADS for program ZZFKORD11 the default form set is missing

Message no. FB595

Could you please help me how to pass this, Is there any config neccessary ?
