SRM:Attributes of the user are inconsistent

Hi All,

In PDP scenario.I have a Shopping cart 10279322 which is fully approved and a PO has been created.

Now user wants to modify the PO,however user is unable to open the shopping cart as one of the approver(project manager) has left the company which is resulting in the below error.

Is it possible to open the shopping cart from portal end and modify?
