Profit Center Planning - 7KEX

Hi,

By using T. Code 7KEX we are uploading planed profit center value.

In order to do this we have define a specific planner profile and dedicated planner layout.

T. Code: 7KEA - Maintain Planning Layout for Costs/Revenues

T. Code: KP34PC - Maintain Planner Profiles

With this customizing setting into the system it is possible to upload data with the excel input.

Excel input as per the layout contain following:

Key characteristics in general data selection include

Fiscal Year

Period

Company Code

Version

Column include following characteristics:

Account

Profit Center

Amount

The problem with this approach is that this file format doesn't allow profit center planning at period level (Different amount for every month) by using single input file. This means that, in order to be able to upload the detailed budget per month, it will be necessary to create 12 different upload files (one for each month).

Is there any other way of layout setting (T. Code. 7KEA) or workaround to enable upload month wise (Different amount for every month) profit center planning amount by using single input file?

    Hi Kunjapal

    You need to create 12 files - One for each month

    Then choose radio button "Import File Directory" in 7KEX and give the path of the folder.. It should upload all the files one by one

    Else, create an LSMW for 7KE1 and upload all periods in one go with single excel file
