Yield confirmation qty in an operation during CO11N shuld not exceed GI qty

Dear All,

Yield confirmation qty in an operation during CO11N shuld not exceed GI qty .The GI is done dusing the same transaction.

Eg.For an order operation 10 the yield quantiy is 100 Ton . The user enters goods isssue of total 101 TO in goods movement screen then the system should not allow the confirmation. Only 100 To of yield should be allowed.

Please suggest how can I map this?

    Try with user exit MBCF0002

    Provide this user exit to your Abaper

    Hi,

    Confirmation yield corresponds to Goods Receipt side for production order header material.

    If you have maintined 1:1 relationship ofr BOM ehader and its child, automatically system would propose for same amount of child in goods movement tab in co11n during confirmation.

    Any manual surplus to this qty will be regarded as unplanned consumtion in production order.

    If you want to strictly maintain the 1:1 relationship, user exit during goods movement as suggested by other forum memebers is the only option.

    No customization setting will work.

    Hii,

    Goto OPK4--> General setting. select Overdelivery tolerance for Error when over delivery exceeded. Also check Individual entry tab for Incorrect goods movement flag mark. Now it wont allow to excess qty on confirmation.

    Dear ,

    You have following option :

    1.You can apply User exit in MIGO OR MB31 level like MMBCF0002 , MBCF0010 , MBCF0007

    2. You can goto Define Confirmation Parameters OPK4-Select Error when Over deleivery tolerence Exceeded in General Valid setting tab and alsomarked termination for Incorrect Goods movement
