Distribution Lock in Further Statuses

Hello All,

When I open a Support Message in Service Desk; in the Status Row I see something called "Further Statuses" and under it "Distribution Lock".

What is it for and its significance?

    Hi,

    It means that the document is being distributed at the moment, and therefore cannot be changed. The document will be ready for input once it has been distributed successfully.

    maybe the two following notes may also help you to better understand it.

    692833 - Document will be distributed - Changes are not possible
