Committed Qty is wrong

Dear All,

Our customer is on SAP 2007A SP00 PL45, SQL2000.

There is an item, they have 2 SOs in SAP. One is closed (qty=1). One is open (qty=2).

When I looked into the committed qty of that item, it says 4. For my understanding, it should be 2.

Is there any where I should check for the issue or I need to log SAP a message for this? Thanks.

Hi Jin...........

I guess you have production order of another 2 Qty too which can be on planned or released stage and not yet closed completely.

Just check the inventory status detailed report. You get the total no. of Committed because of which transactions.....
