Assessment cycle u2013 same sender in several segments

Hi experts,

I need to create an assessment cycle, using the same sender in several segments. However when I run the cycle, I get the following error message in some of those segments:

A sender is credited by more than 100 %

Message no. GA721

Can someone help me on this issue?

    Hi Andrea

    Its very natural to get this errror message if you use same sender more than once

    Ensure that the combination of cost center / cost element does not repeat as a sender in more than one segment

    you can have Cost Center A and Cost ele 1-100 as sender in Segment 1

    AND

    Cost Center A and Cost ele 101-200 as sender in segment 2

    This combination should be unique across segments.. Without that you can not proceed

      HI,

      if you want to make an assessment for a sender with different secondary cost elements use the sender in only 1 segment but use the "allocation structure" instead of assessmnet cost element in the segment header.

      In the allocation structure you define which primary cost element is assessed using which secondary cost element.

      Thus you have only one segment AND different secondary cost elements for your sender.
