Based on for which condition table are you chandging the value, you are expected to choose the download object. Do the following:

    1) go to v/06 in ecc anc check the access sequence that is assigned to condition type of CST tax.

    2) Go to V/07 and check the condition tables assigned to the access sequence.

    3) Now go to Vk13 and check which condition table is changed here compaing the key combination values against the tables of step 2.

    4) Now you should know in whcih condition table are you chaning the value. Assume this is 999.

    5) Log to CRM and go to R3AC5. Check for the download object DNL_COND_A999 (Last three numbers should be the number of condition table obtained in step 3.)

    6) Go to R3AS tcode and give the adapter object obtained in step 5 and execute. Ensure in R3AM1 that the downloaded got executed properly.

This should get the desired changes from ECC to CRM. Hope this helps
