BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to change rejected lines

Hi Experts ,

When I use BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to change an attribute of a rejected line item in a sales order , I get the below message : -

Field 'LIFSP' cannot be changed, VBEPKOM 000010 0001 ready for input

Can i not change a line item that is rejected wth this BAPI ?

Please help .

    Well, no. Why would you change the value of that field on a schedule line for a line item that has been rejected?

    Hi Sunitha,

    Once a line item is rejected no changes can be done to that line item. If you need to change you need to change the rejection status to Blank and then change the value and then again reject it.
