PO Mail

Hi All,

I have created a new output type for mail by coping NEU. I have assigned this output type in procedure.

I have maintained condition records for NEU and Mail. But when I save PO only NEU is coming and mail is not coming.

If i insert mail output type manually in PO then PO mail is getting triggered.

Please guide me how to bring both output types automatically in PO.

Have you created two output condition records one for print out and another for mail ? If not with one output condition record it is

not possible to get print and mail option

.Create two output condition recors NEU for printout and ZNEU for mail.

Have you maintained condition record in MN04 transaction as per access sequence to pick condition record automatically in PO ?.If not maintain condition record in MN04 then it will pick automatically
