Deploy exception while Deploying Adapter Module build in Maven EJB in sap pi 7.5

Hello Team,

I have build Adapter module as EJB 3.0 from reference blog- https://blogs.sap.com/2015/01/29/create-sap-pi-adapter-modules-in-ejb-30-standard/

its deployed successfully but while calling module in channel its getting restarted and not able to see any logs ,in my code i am calling 2 class which requires 128 support jar files for this initially have some class exceptions which is not accessible ,for issue resolution have added all jar manually to that EAR file .now if i'm try to execute server gets restarted in some cases I got that log as shown below as catch from XPI inspector.

Please address me on below points

1)Can anyone tried to EJB-Maven adapter module for deployment ,I have tried but got deployment exceptions while deploying into server ,if any one tried please help how to build for successfully deployement.

2)PI adapter module it self will supports application server functionalities?
