Unable to create absence in 2001-IT

Hi,

I got an issue. I could'nt able to create an absence in 2001-IT, It was showing a pop-up msg saying Subtype is invalid but the same Absence Quotas were genereated in RPTQTA00 for that PERNR.

Note* Employee was hired through "Hire Applicatant" Action type (Transferred from PB 40 TO PA 40).

Plz let me know your thoughts.
