HI All,

Apologies if i have asked a basic question.

We have ECC6.0 with FSCM.We want to know as to which EHP level should we be going to.What are features if we go to EHP 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.This is particularly with refrence to collections and dispute management.

    Hi Ambarish,

    You can find detailed info about the new features in service.sap.com/fscm

    Regarding Collections management some of the enhancements are:

    Ehp I: Analytics for Collections management

    Ehp IV: Head office - Branch functionality

    Regarding Dispute management some of the enhancements are:

    Ehp II:

    -Dispute cases with Customer dispute objects

    -Improved integration with AR

    -Workcenter for dispute manager (Portal)

    Ehp IV:

    SOA Dispute management: Enterprise service enabling of dispute management functionality.

    Please use the SAP Marketplace, and solution Browser to see what new functionality has been released.

    One thing I would say, is that if you goto Enhancement Package 4, you get all of the functionality that is in the earlier Enhancement Packs.

    I would suggest you align this to the requirements of your client.
