How to terminate emp after hiring..?Is the Action type only the soultion.?

Dear Team,

How to terminate emp after hiring..?? Is there termination Action type only the soultion..?? or do we have any other mode or way to delete emp data/records from R/3 database.??

Please share your thoughts.

    you have to run the termination action never delete the data in the infotypes as they are required for Data base purpose

    As rightly said by Mr. Sikandar, as per the standard SAP practice we should not delete the data and we should run the termination action.

    Dear

    When you already saying that you want to terminate the employee this mean that you have to perform the action there is no other way to terminate the employee other than Actions.

    R/3 Data base will keep the data lifetime.
