Hi SAP Gurus,

The Requirement is that we need the Annual quota to be generated by the system automatically. There are other Absence quotas also..currently we are maintaining Quotas manually. When we execute RPTQTA00-The annual Quota should be carried forwared to next year.

1)Thereare So many fields in this Report-Start Date, End date, Deduction From and deduction To-

The problem is that Herethe End Date we want as 31.12.9999 whereas its showing 31.12.2010/31.12.2011

2)For Some other absence Quotas The deduction To Field showing as 31.12.2012 wahere as i have selected the

Period as 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010.Here the Deduction to field should Show for only one year i.e 31.12.2011.I have chkd the Configuration also.

go to SM30 check the ESG and PSA for that employee for tables V_001P_ALL and V_503_ALL

Check it slowly you will get the issue this is common issue while createing quotas and Absences and also check the feature QUOMO

Hi Chandra,

1) Please configure the feature QUOMO (The return value will be the PS grouping for time recording value in set base entitlement)

The Requirement is that we need the Annual quota to be generated by the system automatically. There are other Absence quotas also..currently we are maintaining Quotas manually.

Quota generation can happen two ways. One by running the RPTQTA00 report and another through time evaluation. Even though quota generation is automatic through time evaluation, the disbursement of quota does not occur for one year -- it would disburse a little bit of the accrued quota every month only.

So you can either automatically a little bit of the quota month by month or through the RPTQTA00 report manually for every year in standard SAP. You can explore an option of an ABAP program that triggers the RPTQTA00 run on the basis of certain parameters.

The end date to be generated for a quota is not set in the RPTQTA00 report. This is set in configuration for the quota (in V_T559L). The date you select on the report will not provide the result you want if your configuration does not meet your requirements.

2)For Some other absence Quotas The deduction To Field showing as 31.12.2012 wahere as i have selected the

Period as 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010.Here the Deduction to field should Show for only one year i.e 31.12.2011.I have chkd the Configuration also.

My initial guess is that the configuration for the other quotas fixes the deduction period as PERIOD + 24 MONTHS -- which is why you seem to be getting this aspect. Please check the deduction rules section in V_T559L again for these absence quotas.
