How to run an Compensation program ? (from ECM Module)
After running a Compensation program ,what exect output/results we achieved ?
When we run employees Payroll , How it's Compensation results are integrated with Payroll?

Hi,
1. Customizing for ECM should be done - which I assume is your case.
2. Create IT0758, Compensation Program using transaction PECM_CREATE_0758 as per Compensation area and groupings defined in Customizing
This is prerequisite ECM to start.
3. Start "Compensation program" using "Compensation plan" and "Review" defined in customising- transaction PECM_CREATE_COMP_PRO. This will create IT0759, Compensation Process for selected "Compensation Process Item" with status 1, In Planning.
4. Status is changed aftert thatvia transaction - PECM_CHANGE_STATUS
1, In Planning -> 2, Submitted -> 3, Approved/4, Rejected -> 5, Active
5. When status is changed to 5, Active based on customizing record will be created as follow:
- in case Compensation plan is defined as "Salary adjustment" - new record in IT0008 will be created
- in case Compensation plan is defined as "Regular bonus" - new record in IT0015 will be created with wage type defined in Customizing.
As visible ECM is using Payroll relevant infotypes 0008 and 0015 so when you process payroll these records will be read.
