Hi,
We have configured the Service Desk with the email notification during the status changes of the messages.Currently all the emails which are being triggerd during the status changes are send from the individual user Id's[sender id is the respective solman user].We need all the email which are being raised during the status changes should go from a generic ID, say "SAP Support Team". How can we achieve this?
