Recruitment-Delete Applicant Data SA38 -Program RPADEL0

Hi All,

Just to give you background. We implemented SAP HR Recruiment in March 2009. But it was never used. Now we have thousands of applicants and we want to delete all their records. I'm going to use SA38- Program "RPAPDEL0". Will data be archived or are we going to completly loose the data? The reason is for audit purpose we might need it.

    Hi,

    Its clearly mentione in the documentation that "If you do not run the report in the test mode the data is deleted and cannot be retrieved"

    Hence data cannot be retrived if you run the report in live mode.
