change public network IP address in win2003 MSCS

Hi:

win2003 enterprise version + MSCS + oracle 10.2.0.4 + ECC 5.0, now because of the network changing , I will want to change the public network IP address, who could tell me the step by step about it ?

    public IP is can be changed from My Network Places --> properties --> select public lan --> properties --> TCP IP --> properties --> change the IP.

    you may have to change in hosts file and in MSCS manager for all the cluster resources.
