PO - Question for Release Indicator = 1 (Cannot be changed)

I have some problems about release stretegy. I don't want to change any values in PO after released so I set release indicator to 1 - cannot be changed.

But I have problem when vendor sent the meterial less than PO quantity I must set completed delivery in PO - Me22N. I cant save the changed PO.

When I change to use other release indicator, User can change the PO value -> My boss don't need this

Is there other solution for this problem??

Hi,

There is no alternative for the current setup and expectation.

However did you consider using Tolerance on Release Indicatorr instead of "Cannot be changed"

But it might need some change management exercise.
