We have a PR that was created last July. Account assignment category is A ( Asset ) but the cost center / plant used is wrong.
In effect the plant assignment captured in the PO is also wrong. Wrong cost center was also posted for GR and IV.
The problem is the asset was already depreciated last August and depreciation was charged to the wrong cost center. In the asset master data cost center is the same with that of the PR.
How can we correct the plant/cost center charging given that the August book was already closed. Can we still reverse all the entries using October as posting date and then correct the cost center after the reversal? Kindly advise.
