Access to particular printer

Hi All,

I want to configure printer for doing check printing but i need to restrict the access of this printer to only specific users.

Please help me in doing the configuration for this printer so that the access is restricted for the same.

    Hello,

    For your information the same authorization object is used

    for printers and authorization groups. You can use the Authorization Group in transaction SPAD.

      Did you bother to read the note he gave you? In addition to that note, there are many notes (and help file sources) that cover printer configuration and security, not to mention notes specific to check printing. Have you checked OSS? Keep in mind that althought there are folks here that know how to do it, printer configuration is a Basis issue, not an ABAP issue...
