Hi All,
We have observed disappearance of Garnishment due to the retroactive account not being triggered for the current period.
As a workaround we are currently deleting latest payresults manually for effected employees, updating IT 3 earliest personal record date of time processing to a previous date and then rerunning payroll.
We are wondering as to why retro was not triggered for the current pay result without having to delete the result and rerun it.This is due to the time evaluation already being run for the same period which we feel is incorrect as a time evaluation run should not effect retro of the garnishment record. Please advice.
Thankyou,
Subbaiah
You can not change Garnishment records retro actively. It is always last check date of the employee and going forward.
Can you rephrase what exactly you mean when you say "We have observed disappearance of Garnishment due to the retroactive account not being triggered for the current period".
