Wrong notification to a future substitute

Mgr ABC has set XYZ as substitute in the future date from 2010.11.01 - 2010.11.07.

Now if employee PQR makes an absence request and when Mgr ABC approves the request, notification is being send to employee PQR saying that "XYZ has approved the request on behalf of Mgr ABC"

I strongly blive something went wrong in the notification program, so what can be done to correct this?

    there can be only one active approver at a time, In your substituted guy is the one, however can you check if you turn off

    the subs what happens?

    probably this is an error, also check teh dates in hrus_d2
