Infoview Login Issue

Hi Gurus,

Just now I installed SP3 for BOE and Client tools. Installation went sucessfully as we installed BO XI 3.1 SP3 on only single server.

Looks all the servers are working fine in CMC, except Webi Processing server but I restarted manually.

Now the issue is Infoview login issue. After applying the SP3, I have seen changes in the Interface

1) I cannot login using my credentals ( I have Admin Right ) but no luck.

2) Missed the company logo on Both CMC and Infoview Starting page.

3) In the login page I missed System, Authentication types in Infoview. ( they are greyout )

4) But I can login CMC with Administrator credentails ( But Missed the System, Authentication types)

I think, I made a mistake during SP3 installation,

During Installation >>>>

If you installed Web Applications during your Business Objects Enterprise installation, the "Automatically Re-Deploy Web Applications?" screen appears. Click Yes if you want the installer to redeploy your web applications for you as part of the upgrade, or click No if you want to manually redeploy your web applications later.

Clicked YES to continue.

Does this effects me in missing the Infoview login & missing logos ??

Please help me out.

    I guess that you have modified the web.xml file for the InfoView before installing SP3. After installing SP3 you have to reapply the changes.
