Replace Approver in the Shopping Cart does not validate the approval limit.

Hi Friends,

We are on SRM 4.0, support pack 11, having an issue with the Shopping Cart Work Flow. We are using Workflow WS10000276 [One-Step Approval: Value limit:].

For example:

Approval Limit for Approver A = USD10000

Approval Limit for Approver B = USD 5000

User is maintained in PPOMA_BBP attributes with Approver A.

Shopping cart is created for a value USD 10000 and it goes to Approever A for approval.

Now the User REPLACES the approver in the Shopping Cart with Approver B who has a lower value than the Shop.cart value.

At this point, there is no valiation to stop ordering the Shoppingcart, the system simply allows to replace the Approver in the shopping cart. Is this a standard behavior? .

I think It is standard behavior.

You can implement BBP_CHNG_AGNT_GET BADI for checking it.
