Reason of Material Block at PGI

Here is the issue.....

Basically when I do a pgi an error occurs saying that" material xxx is blocked" altough I am the only one doing a pgi at that time which is confirmed.

Kindly pls give me some reasons and solutions to cater this issue.Thank you

Dear if you are getting material has been blocked means you will be getting the id by which it has been blocked and it is not like that you are only doing PGI for that particular material means the same material was blocked by any other trasaction by any other user or by your id.

Please check.
