Dear
Please define the strategy group 82 or 81 in the material master in MRP3 --> Planning --> Strategy Group in Material Master MM01 / MM02 and create Sales Order which will generate Production Order .This will automate the process at the time of sale order creation production order will be created in background which can be seen from VA03.
But make sure that your Credti Hold should get realsed also (VKM3) , otherwise it will not cosnider the Credti limit and cerate Production Order with out having Customer Credit limit check
Refer : Automatic creation of Production order when credit limit lock got released

Hi
I do not have exact answer. But, check with SD folks for User Exit or BADI where you can call MRP program to run immediately & automatically so that Planned Order gets created. you can Conversion Program to convert Planned Order to Production Order, if release option is enabled with Production Schedule profile, then Production Order can be released as well upon creation of Production Order.
Thanks

Isaias,
Not exactly.
With Assemble to order it is possible. ATO is very similar to MTO.
Try strategy 82.

Dear,
You can do this with planning strategy 82. So whenever you create the Sales order it will create the prodction order with respective to the sale order. So here it is like a MTO scenario so for such case to a post goods issue after delviery it would expect the stock against that sales order.
