Production Order

Hi

I have created Production Order , i have done report completion but i entered wrong qty while issuing . how to correct this

    Hi RS.......

    Before closing the Production order you can modify or correct it. Correct or modify means if you have issued material wrongly let say if you issued qty less that planned then you can issue the remaining again and if you issued the components more than planned then you can take the unplanned no. of qty return during receipt from production.

    Once you close the Production Order you cant do anything......

    There is no way to correct any errors made on production orders, at least in version 2007A. If you completed too many, from what I have seen on the forums, you need to create a disassembly production order for the overage amount, and complete it.

    Not a good solution for an ERP, but it might be the only one.
