Uploading Dutch Language Adobe form.

Dear Experts

I am trying to upload one the Dutch Language High Commission Adobe form to adjust the as required the client. It is reading the from In SFP but it is not in the Dutch language. It is showing some thing diffrent than what is there in Adobe.

Can any body help me how i can solve this ?
