Mapping Question

Hi,

I'm doing Idoc to file interface .My mapping requirement is ..

E!EDKT1 123

E1EDKT2

E1EDKT2

E!EDKT1 456

E1EDKT2

E1EDKT2

I have four fields in the file .F1,F2,F3,F4

when E1EDKT1 is 123 map first E1EDKT2 to F1

when E1EDKT1 is 123 map second E1EDKT2 to F2

when E1EDKT1 is 456 map first E1EDKT2 to F3

when E1EDKT1 is 456 map secondE1EDKT2 to F4

Any clue on this ?

    Hi,

    Please specify the exact requirements u r looking for.

    when E1EDKT1 is 123 map first E1EDKT2 to F1 If not then what?

    when E1EDKT1 is 123 map second E1EDKT2 to F2 If not then what?

    when E1EDKT1 is 456 map first E1EDKT2 to F3 If not then what?

    when E1EDKT1 is 456 map secondE1EDKT2 to F4 If not then what?

    Someone here can help u if u really require an UDF

    Hi

    You can use to really simple approaches

    Write a UDF with the coditions and do the mapping

    Use Node functions (if and consant) to create the logic.

    one option is You can do with the advanced user defined functions in message mapping and try with node functions also,
