Re: Error in generating report for End_User System..!!!

Dear SAP Experts,

I have issue in generating Crystal Report.We are taking report for monthly stock stmt in a particular warehouse.The issue is if we are taking the report in super user system,the report is generating but if we are taking the same report in End-User system the report is not generating.I have tried all the criteria like print preference,document settings.but still the issue continues..

Plz Give me a valuable solution to this issue.

    what error it is showing while running from end user system.

      Hai Neetu,

      There is no error in the report.When we click the ok button to generate the report..it is taking time to generate.But the report is not coming.Again the ok button is enabled..Only for a particular user this issue is coming but for all the user the report is generating..

    Dear Revathy,

    If only few users have problem, it is probably the authorization issue. Check the authorization for the user. If they have authorization, their profiles or licenses may have problem.
