Hi Experts,

I want to calculate, lets say, 2 hours from service ticket creation time and send out reminder. I can do this through workflow but workflow rules don't take into account work hours and holidays. So the idea is to create KUT field and to populate it with value calculated with DateTimeUtilities.MoveTimePoint utility.

It works fine for holidays but not for work hours. Lets say, work hours are defined in calendar from 8:00 to 17:00, ticket is created on 16:30, MoveTimePoint should return time 9:30 next day but it returns 18:30. From I understand that this is a SAP problem that still is not fixed.

Can you suggest some workaround?
