POWL Workflow Netweaver Inbox issue

Hi Techies,

Here is the issue, one of the user is not getting Change Request approval POWL notification in his/her Netweaver Inbox. If some one had already routed the workitem into his user id, but unable to get that Change request notification in his/her inbox, but regularly he/she is receiving normal workflow emails. Please help me out with possible reasons.

only registered workflow task are considered by the MDG Workflow inbox. Do you use the standart task for approval or an own one?

If you use an own one you can have a look at this document. It describes how to add additional tasks to the Inbox.

It is really helpful, actually role was missing of object CA_POWL for that user.
