Different team calendar for different group of manager.

Hi Expert,

Is there anyway that i can put the "Group of Organizational Views" to the iView properties on team calendar? I understand we can set this in the SPRO-> ESS-> Working Time -> Team Calendar -> Select Employee. However, my requirement is for a certain group of employee i.e. secretary using relationship B290 (is administrator of), which is not a manager but we wish to show the team calendar for this group of user as well.

We have create a "Group of Organizational Views" for all these secretaries, but we can't set it in the iView properties so that we can assign this particular team calendar iView to the intended user.

I might be able to use the WEBMO feature but there is nothing common between the secretaries and therefore my last option is to set by the position number.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to set "Group of Organizational Views" to the iView or any suggestion to do this?

Unfortunately there is no Iview properties, Either you have to go for a different rule groups lets say for these type of admins

then in that case you can easily have a new evaluation path covering your requirement in V_ptreq_team

or

you have to go for a badi implementation and assign the new path in the badi for these employees

check pt_gen_req or pt_abs_req
