mismatching of the data in SAP APO DP

Hi,

We have two type of forecasting in SAP APO DP:--

1. rolling forecast -

on monthly base

2. mid month forecast -

on every 15th day of month

For this data is to be populated from SCM - BI cube to PA, for this we use standard program "/sapapo/rtsinput".

What happens that regarding the rolling forcast the data is uploading correctly from SCM -BI Cube to PA,

but in midmonth forecast there is mismatching of the data. e.g. if data of any product is 350 in SCM-BI Cube after uploading in PA , it will be seen in planning book as 290 (mismatch).

I have tried to upload from /sapapo/tscube -

same this is there.

Could any one please let me know what should be done to correct this.

    Hi

    Are you getting the issue only in first bucket or all in the buckets of PA.

    If yes, I will suggest to check the date variants in the respective programs.

    Hi

    Can you check your planning horizion. Go to /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN - Administration of Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning, select the respective planning area  right click and check created time series objects and check the date range.

    You can check if you have date validly in past.

    Hi Girish,

    Do you get any error logs while uploading the mid-month data.

    The only reason i see this possible is there are non generated CVC in the BI infocube for which the data does not get transferred due to other Characteristic mismatch apart from product.

    Often there are changes in the OLTP system which force some data change in the CVC.

    Are you running a CVC generation program before each load of Planning area?
