    Hi,

Instead of a customized report, you could use the standard reporting indicating the Entries and the Leaving/ make 2 variants with conditions (one for leavers and a second one for entries) and use Partial/Total Sums. You could use as grouping the Org Unit, EE Group or whatever additional element you might want to add to your analysis.

Or if you want both the entries and the leavings in the same report - I would suggest a Querry based on the same principles (actions: hiring and leaving, the employee dates, additional dates for grouping critiria - org unit, EE group etc).

    It would ease your job

    Regards,

      Hi Adriana,

Thank you very much for the answer. It definately helps me.

Another requirement is we have to fetch the gross salary sum of newly joined employees and Left employees in the particular month.

And also is there any possibility to get the difference between headcount of employees and gross salaries for any two months.

      Please advice.

      Regards,

      V Sai.
